Adam V. Floyd

Adam has represented clients in all matters of intellectual property including patent, copyright, trademark, and trade secret disputes.  He has prosecuted patents, trademarks, and copyrights, as well. Adam's prior matters have involved telecommunications, semiconductors, chemical processes, medical devices, bio engineering, software, computer systems, pharmaceuticals, televisions, LCD screens, aerospace systems, encryption and compression technologies, and many others.

When needed, Adam will bring on other attorneys to aid in large matters.  The client will be made aware and have final approval, in such cases.
